- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached, shipped back in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Custom seat covers are non refundable though if there are any fitment issues we will fix them free of charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note 85% of the refund will be returned to the original method of payment and 15% will be given as in store credit - valid for a period of 1 year from the date of your refund. The in store credit will be distributed via email. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty-one (21) days.
We strongly recommend that you use our shipping label to mail your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Returns
Seat Covers:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a 85% refund and 15% delivered as in store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Holiday Gifts
Any items purchased as a gift this Holiday Season will be allowed 60 day returns in the event the recipient does not like the item. We will be extending our return window from 30 days to 60 days for any orders placed within 60 days before December 23rd, 2024 - Jan 12th, 2025
Luxe Detailing Products:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping (around $6.50) and a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom Seat Covers:
Custom seat covers are specifically designed to fit the exact year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle. As these are custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our guarantee of a perfect fit—if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will promptly address and resolve them.
Warranty
Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Manufacturing defects include but are not limited to broken straps, buckles, or any other faults in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, tears smaller than .5 inch, accidents, alterations, or any damages caused by factors beyond the control of the manufacturer.
Claims Process:
- In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, the customer must contact our customer service department within the warranty period.
- Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and purchase receipt, may be required to validate warranty claims.
- Upon approval of the warranty claim, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion, free of charge.
- Any shipping costs associated with returning the product to the manufacturer for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability:
- The liability of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as stated above.
- The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by this warranty.
Modification of Warranty Terms:
- The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
